Performance (U15-U17)

HCU’s performance program is a year-round program that provides top training and playing opportunities for 14-17 year old players looking to take their game to the highest level and who may aspire to play in college, university or professional environments.

Performance players train 2-3 times per week plus games and take part in additional player development opportunities like strength and conditioning, leadership training, mental skills, video analysis, and tactical sessions. A strong pillar of the performance program is player autonomy with the ability for players to choose to add on player development opportunities beyond their team sessions including individual and unit specific training.

The HCU performance program places an emphasis on character and leadership development of athletes with the guiding principle of person > player. At HCU we have a strong belief that by developing the person, we’ll achieve the best possible outcomes on the field and in life.
